a.p.l. fabricators, inc. warrants to purchasers of manufacturer's products that the products manufactured shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. the warranty applies only to properly installed products under normal use and wear. it does not apply and the manufacturer has no liability for water damage at seams or any other locations, damage incurred after the installation or delivery, damage due to heat in excess of 212? and damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

a.p.l. fabricators, inc., the manufacturer, shall be liable only for the repair or replacement, based on the manufacturer's satisfaction that the unit is defective in material or workmanship, and provided that the manufacturer received notification in writing of any defect no later than 1 year from the date of installation.
